1. General Provisions

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

id888 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example — for a ৳1,500 bonus, the total wagering required is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after wagering requirements have been completed.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• id888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the id888 platform are operated by certified software providers. id888 is committed to ensuring Fair Play. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), and there is no predetermined bias in any result.

In the event of a technical issue or disconnection during gameplay, the result of the ongoing round will be determined according to the server record. In such cases, id888's decision will be considered final.

Markets and odds in sports betting on the id888 platform may change. Bets already accepted will not be cancelled; however, id888 reserves the right to cancel bets in the case of a clear technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("Bonus Abuse").
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.

• Registering an account with false information.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by id888

id888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason. In particular, in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or illegal activity, we may close an account immediately. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8.2 Closure by the Member
